Presidium Tango

Just some fluffy Shaynor goodness. 

After watching the Garrus romance in the Citadel DLC, I got the idea that maybe he would teach Shep how to tango to help with her lady love. After all Shep did play wingman for him back at the bar. And they totally have an epic bromance going on.

Still not 100% happy with it but I figured I needed to stop before I drove myself mad fussing over it.

Edit: After a few suggestions I decided I liked it darker as if it were evening. Also added some small details and fixed a few errors.
